3. Certificate Use

WGR certificates are documentation records maintained by this private registry. They do not constitute government identification, breed certification, or any other official government document. WGR certificates may not be accepted by all breed organizations, shows, or legal jurisdictions.

4. No Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Rush processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
